~ Peppi ( below) stole my heart and I was planning on keeping her. My family will tell you loud and clear that we do NOT need another dog here on Cedar Pond, and I think someone was praying for all the puppies to go to new homes.~

In June 2016 we sold Cedar Pond and moved over the mountains and far away. We now live in Deer Park , WA where the weather is a bit more extreme than Cedar Pond's and in spite of the challenges we're rejoicing in life in our new home with field and forest just outside our back door. God is so good to us !
A kind word lifts my heart,a humorous word makes the day lighter,a word of wisdom gives me perspective,thank-you for your comments. I am truly honored you have read my blog and taken time to leave a few words about it. I read all the comments, and often answer them here in the comments page.~ Thank-you ! Oh the joy that a puppy brings to our hearts! I hope you can post updates as the pups and their new families create new memories.
ReplyDeletePuppies and little boys - something just magical in that mix. Of course the update on pipsqueak and her new family is truly endearing. I know it would be hard to give up the little ones - but knowing they have good homes makes it only a touch sad and a lot sweet. Thanks for sharing -vicarious puppyship beats no puppies at all!My word verification is odessers - my brother lives in Odessa Texas - coincidink?
ReplyDeleteWhat nice puppies, I know about the dog situation, LOL! We have 4 dogs right now which one is my brother's but he's a good companion for our lab mix female since her brother had to be put to sleep in November 2008 though but we have 2 Great Pyrenees, brother and sister and the lab mix and Boston Terrier/Beagle mix, they're all neutered and spayed. We have 23 cats all neutered and spayed as well, all outside/barn.
ReplyDeleteSeeing that puppy looking up in that little boy's face made my heart warm! So sweet! I can't wait to have a puppy......we're on a waiting list for a bernese mountain dog right now.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute puppy!
ReplyDeleteOh my word how did you give that pup up...it would kill me! Puppies are such a joy and wonderful companions. It will cause lots of love and mischeif at its new home.
ReplyDeleteThat last photo is so precious, Kathy. I'm glad all the puppies found good homes.
