The Best Grandpa is Your Grandpa , the Best Grandchildren, Your Grandchildren!

"A Grandfather is someone with silver in his hair and gold in his heart." Author Unknown
"My grand-kids believe I am the oldest thing in the world and after 3 or 4 hours with them I believe it too." Gene Perret
"Few things are more delightful than grandchildren fighting over your lap." Doug Larson
"Grandchildren don't stay young forever, which is a good thing because grandfathers only have so many horsey rides in them." Gene Perret
I think my husband is the perfect Grandpa, and of course we have the best grandchildren. I am sure each and every one of the grandparents who read this know they too have the very best and most wonderful grandchildren. Blessings abundant, grandchildren!Grandparents to lavish love and attention on grandchildren, priceless and most special~

  2. I haven't known grandparents nor have I been one yet. I'm already praying for my grandchildren that I may have:) I plan to be a really great grandma! Your husband looks like he has the award for the best grandpa, and I'll bet you get the award for the best grandma. You are both so interesting and alive, your grandkids love being around you. Maybe I'd better come visit and get some lessons first hand!

  10. Grandfathers are so very important, especially to girls.

My grandfather married my grandmother when they were around 40 years of age. I can safely say I could never have chosen a better grandfather had I tried. I miss him tremendously.

Amen to the blessings, grandparents and grandchildren.
