In June 2016 we sold Cedar Pond and moved over the mountains and far away. We now live in Deer Park , WA where the weather is a bit more extreme than Cedar Pond's and in spite of the challenges we're rejoicing in life in our new home with field and forest just outside our back door. God is so good to us !

I have never seen a more beautiful smile than your granddaughters. Dots is very cute and probably really enjoyed her special time of being pampered. It seems Cedar Pond is the perfect place to entertain grandchildren. Happy Father's Day to Jim this weekend. Love to you all Kathy.
ReplyDeleteVery cute granddaughter, Kathy. She looks so delighted with her pet. Dots is cute too, but in a different way. ;) I think your pond is a perfect spot to share with grandchildren, whether they are human or not!
ReplyDeletewonderful for you to have one of the grands at a time - they get an opportunity to enjoy your attention. Keeping a pet frog for a few days is just right - frog enjoyed the feasting and you didn't have a frogaquarium to tend! Pond would be a special place to share with a young person - just as you are doing. Bless y'all - and have a beautiful Father's Day with that good dad and grand dad on Cedar Pond!
ReplyDeleteKathy, Fun summer days wth Grandma! Sweet memories in the making.
ReplyDeleteI watched a frog on one of our windows the other nght and they really are interesting creatures.
God bless and may you have soooo many sweet memories that your cup is over flowing,

Girls and frogs. Next it'll be puppy dog tails!

What a beautiful granddaughter. She looks so sweet holding Dots. Cedar Pond is the perfect place for the granddaughter to play.
ReplyDeleteAs we live in the country too, my Grandchildren are having so much fun! The six year old says not many girls will pick up a frog unless they come to Granna's house. But now he sees there is other girls that love to come to a farm! They love Dots!
