He Gives Strength To The Weary & Wipes Away Our Tears

"Do you not know ? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and His understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not grow faint." Isaiah 40:18-31
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain..." Revelation 21:4

  2. I so hope the families of those lost on this day in 2001 grasp that assurance. Flags and remembrance are all wonderful, but the only thing eternal is HE.
    Thank you,
    Deb

  3. Hi Kathy,

That is one of my very favorite verses ... I gave my sweety a framed painting with that on it when we first got together. He grows awful weary sometimes.

Yes, whenever I am in Olympia, it reminds me so much of Eugene and what we call "the valley". Central Oregon is very beautiful, but I think that "the valley" is prettier. Just my little bias.

Thanks for the pretty music, and for stopping by to say hi!

    God bless,

    Kathy M.
