In June 2016 we sold Cedar Pond and moved over the mountains and far away. We now live in Deer Park , WA where the weather is a bit more extreme than Cedar Pond's and in spite of the challenges we're rejoicing in life in our new home with field and forest just outside our back door. God is so good to us !

She/he has found the perfect place for sleeping :o)))! Very lovely!
ReplyDeleteLOL, silly cat, we don't have to worry about indoor cats, etc.

They seem to have a knack for finding perfect sleeping spots in spots that you have arranged perfectly for something else. :D

Oh, how this caught my eye and spirit this morning! To sleep like a cat "boldly and peacefully" - reminding me of Jesus sleeping boldly and peacefully on stormy seas - how His Creation mimics Him. Not that your lovely dining room is a stormy sea - but it is a place where your Blizzard ought not to be. We don't welcome the storms - ought not to be in them - but when we find ourselves to be so, may we sleep boldly and peacefully, too. Love this little metaphor!

Ha! That is so funny, and you are right ... I was just visiting another friends blog and she was writing about "Catitude"; it seems like yours has one too.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day, Kathy, thanks for making me laugh.
