Here are two Wee Little Sheep helping me announce my give-away. The little flock of 3 I am giving away will look similar to these two woolly sheep. The sheep are made using the wool fleece from my own flock of live sheep. The sheep are perfect for the Nativity scene with a 6" scale. The winner may choose to have the sheep wear bells, hearts, or no neck ornaments at all. All you have to do to get your name thrown into the bowl ( literally) for selection is leave a comment on a blog post. Your name will be entered every time you leave a comment.I will select someone to draw the name out of the bowl December 23rd, announce it December 24th and mail the little flock to the winner before the new year begins !Now, onto Christmas decorating, more specifically, our little Christmas Cabin.
This log cabin sits atop an armoir between our living room & dining room. The cabin was built by my husband and 3 children years ago for a home-school history fair.It is furnished for my little Bear family now, and even decorated inside for Christmas. Outside the cabin it is the abode of a polar bear family and Santa Claus.
Thank-you for visiting, and please, don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to win a Wee Little Flock !
"In December the winter sun burns like white fire on the snow. Ice glitters on the cold side of the branches of the sugar maples, melts on the warm side and falls with a soft sound." Glady Tabor 'The Best of Stillmeadow'
Good Morning, Kathy. Oh, please enter my name in your wee little sheep drawing.
ReplyDeleteI adore this little cabin and your polar bears/water globes.
Wishing you a nice weekend.
I love your little log cabin! And, I would absolutely love to have some more of your little sheep. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteDear friend,
ReplyDeletePlease oh PLEASE
ReplyDeletePut my name in the hat, bowl, or pot

ReplyDeleteBecause I am LONGING to win
My own little flock.
ReplyDeleteAnd around their necks
ReplyDeleteI'll take two bells
ReplyDeleteAnd one heart.
ReplyDeleteNow, have I done my part
ReplyDelete

ReplyDeleteHow nice!

I am not decorating for holidays at all so visiting your blog is my Christmas fix - wonderful decorations as always - you have a gift for beauty.
ReplyDeleteYour little sheep are so sweet!...and I love that little cabin. I can't wait to get home and start in on my house!
ReplyDeleteThe sheep are the dearest, and if I don't win them, I hope you go on making more so I might buy one for my vet daughter.
ReplyDeleteWhen that daughter graduated from veterinary school we took her on a trip to the England and Scotland, with me. I tried to book B&B's that were working farms, and we stayed on 2 or 3 sheep farms in both countries. She took hundreds of pictures of sheep, all so much more photogenic than the ones in California who have to spend too much time on dirt and don't look so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI like that Elizabeth Elliot quote on your sidebar. It's so refreshing to read advice telling us to pare down, rather than the "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" application that does not fit the situation of our over-busy world.
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely LOVE to win the sheep! I LOVE them! I am holding a giveaway for Harney & Sons Holiday tea!

I have admired your little sheep for so long. I would love to own 3 of your collection. They are just adorable. Please enter me in your drawing.
ReplyDeleteThe little log cabin that your husband and kids made is really wonderful, especially since it's the bears house. When we were kids, we would hike in the mountains, and we'd come across Park Ranger sheds and we'd ask our Dad "Who lives in this little log house?" , and my dad would always answer... " Why, the Three Bears, of course." :-) Good memories.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win some of your wooly lambs, but I almost feel guilty adding my name to the drawing, because I already own some of your sheep. Ok, guilty feeling has passed, add my name anyway. I'd love to grow my flock.
Love your sheep. Please enter me!!
ReplyDeleteI'd like mine with bells on please! :D
ReplyDeleteI love the rusticity of that homemade cabin. It makes wonderful winter decor. I could easily collect snow globes!I already have a nice flock of sheep, but I think they would easily welcome three more!
Have a Blessed Christmas celebration and we hope ALL are well!
Debbie
PS Keetha, you're cheating! :D
Oh, I would love to win those precious sheep!
ReplyDeleteIf I do, maybe you can stick some black spots on them! ;)
ReplyDeleteSince we both have Jacob sheep, I think that would be wonderful!
