Sleep Like a Cat ~ Boldly & Peacefully

What is this?
Only a cat or a sociopath can boldly sleep peacefully in a forbidden place , be awakened upon being caught, and turn on you with a glare that says "how dare you wake me up ?" ! Blizzard is a naughty cat.

LOL, silly cat, we don't have to worry about indoor cats, etc.

They seem to have a knack for finding perfect sleeping spots in spots that you have arranged perfectly for something else. :D

Oh, how this caught my eye and spirit this morning! To sleep like a cat "boldly and peacefully" - reminding me of Jesus sleeping boldly and peacefully on stormy seas - how His Creation mimics Him. Not that your lovely dining room is a stormy sea - but it is a place where your Blizzard ought not to be. We don't welcome the storms - ought not to be in them - but when we find ourselves to be so, may we sleep boldly and peacefully, too. Love this little metaphor!

Ha! That is so funny, and you are right ... I was just visiting another friends blog and she was writing about "Catitude"; it seems like yours has one too.

Have a great day, Kathy, thanks for making me laugh.

You are SO right, Kathy! And what a lovely Christmas centerpiece this kitty makes. Now go away and leave her alone!

My cat finds the nicest places, as well :) Nevertheless, the table was until now an exception. I hope he does not read the blog :))

Hahaha! Blizzard may be a naughty cat, but this post just made me like him all the more. Love the expression on his face. :-)
