Honey Of A Prize & Tea-Time Tuesday

Tea-time Tuesday , yay ! Oh sure, just point out that this post will not be published until Wednesday, but I have a lot of excuses, and they're all true. Yes, I am still  getting things put away and caught up after being away from home at the fair for a week. The apples, pears, garden vegetables, and livestock don't care if I'm at the fair. The fruit is ripe now . The vegetables are needing to be picked, prepared & eaten, now. The livestock and poultry pens need cleaning and sorting out. So I made a pot of tea...
...this is my Williams-Sonoma tea-pot , sugar & creamer. I love the honey bees on the pot and the honey pot lid & spoon. This choice for my peach tea today was perfect because I had honey from The Bee Lady *    I won honey and so much more in a drawing she had on her blog.
Look at this bounty! Two bottles of honey ( I love that little bear ) , two lip balms , a beeswax owl ornament , and the "Bee Happy" pottery ornament. I spread whipped butter and some of her honey on my English muffin. Mmmmm.
Hot peach tea in my cheery Royal Grafton teacup , honey- buttered English muffins, my Bible study. That's how I started my Tuesday, my tea-time Tuesday.

I've told you before that the bee theme is my favorite among tea accessories. This one is perfect! I'm glad you enjoyed my post on lake cabin society. :D

Good morning Kathy,
What a cozy tea with honey on English muffins. I started my day off with an English muffin too but I had an egg. Love your bee hive tea set and pretty teacup. Congrats on winning the honey! I enjoyed your happy post. Thank you for sharing and coming to tea. Praying you have a splendid day.

Blessings,
Sandi

That is a sweet tea set, and a great win of honey products. I use unpasteurized honey from a local bee keeper in my tea every day.

That must be the neatest tea set I've ever seen! I'm still trying to find a way to like tea better. I've never been around tea-drinkers (except sun tea), so I'm still not sure how I like it best. I also don't have any tea cups or a kettle, lol, so I use the microwave and coffee mugs. I'm such a tea rookie! hee! So it's neat to see what others are using and drinking. :)

This has always been a favorite tea set when you've posted, Kathy. This past weekend, Steve, my brother gave me several jars of pale honey. It's the last of the season for us and it's delicious.
Congratulations on your win; going to visit the Bee Lady now.

I adore your bee tea set! The honeycomb pattern is fab, and those sweet little bees! I had not seen this at W.and S. before.
Your R.G.tea cup is sweet and I am sure your peach tea was a real treat.
I hope all your work is getting done, and that you will be caught up soon!
Congratulations on your wonderful winnings!
Hugs,
Terri

Autumn is fast approaching and this post puts me in the mood for a warm cup of tea.
Who can go wrong with honey. It is one of God's greatest foods.

Hi Kathy B! I'm back for a bit! Looks like you had a good trip to the fair this year - enjoyed your pictures. I just bought another jar of local raw honey and am enjoying it, too, on english muffins. Your little honey tea pot is so cute. Have a wonderful rest of the week! (your grandkids are surely growing tall...)

Hi Kathy:
Love this post with all the bee-theme and I am a big lover of honey. I get mine from another blogger in Ontario. I gave a shout-out to your blog today. I want all my followers to meet you. Have a great day. Hugs, Deb

This is a honey of a post. Ok, I couldn't resist. I love your theme and you have made me want to go and make a muffin with honey on it. I never think of that but how lovely it will be.
You had the perfect bea tea. The yellow cup is just right with it and you didn't mention the cloth, but that carries it through so sweetly too.
I have the bee hive cake pan. It is a lot of work but comes out so cute. Something you might want to put on your wish list.

I'm so glad I checked in when you are featuring that tea set, which is the most cheering way to serve tea imaginable!

I can relate to the demands of harvest time, though the demands on me are so much less. The garden won't wait - if we try to put it off there's always a net loss.

Oh, Kathy~ I'm so jealous over your adorable bee tea set!! *squeeeal*
And I love the picture of you on the right hand side corner with Blizzard... your hair looks so beautiful. ;) (If it's been there a while and I'm just now noticing, I apologize... I've been away too long.)

Kathy, I am praying for the people in Kenya. Is your nephew and his family still serving there?
