Daphne in bloom, bees abounding. Our front garden is much in need of weeding after all the rain.
"As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes, when the wind has passed over it , it is no more; and its place acknowledges it no longer, but the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children who keep His covenant.." Psalm 103: 15-18

" He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us." Psalm 103:10 - 12

I hope your Sunday is glorious, and you have time to reflect on your many blessings no matter what your circumstance and life situation today...you have each day as a gift, and each day CAN be a new day and beginning ! Seek wisdom where it can be found, in Him. "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. " Isaiah 40:8

Good Morning Kathy, What a sweet post this morning. Your garden looks so beautiful and I love the verses you share. I have many friends and family members who are sick or grieving this week. Your post is so uplifting today.
Amen. What a nice sermon to read before attending church this morning. Blessings too numerous to count, love too deep to comprehend.
The flowers are just beautiful!!!!! You know, I never knew that Daphne's were flowers!!!! I had several friends when I was a child whose names were Daphne. I always thought it was a beautiful name and now I know why ---- the flowers are just gorgeous!!!! And the verses were perfect for today! Thanks so much!

Spring has really hit in your neck of the woods. Today in California we are to have 103 degrees and of course wea re going to an outdoor luncheon. I think a little swimming might be in order today as well. Happy Sunday.
Tired tonight...probably not even going to attempt a blog post. Much unlike me.
I had to tell you, somehow your post reminds me that I am human, and that I can be tired. Even that is a blessing. It comes as a reminder to rest.
Thank you for your beautiful posts!
Yes, the words of God do stand, forever. Grass withers, flowers fade, books and papers yellow and deteriorate, blogs and comments disappear but His words, exposing truth, righteousness and grace live forever.
Beautiful pictures
Well, I'm a week late in reading this, but we are having a glorious, beautiful Sunday here so it still seems appropriate. Hope you are having a good weekend, Kathy. :)
