Spot on Blogging Buddies

~Yup, these are my faithful blogging buddies, Misty ( white) Willow, ( middle ) and Beatrix. Every time I sit in our study at the computer, at least three of our dogs are keeping me company. They like to make sure I am aware they are here by snoring, snuffling my hands for petting, and quite frequently emitting gaseous smells that Labrador retrievers are notorious for. Sometimes I need to open the study door for fresh air which causes great excitement...all the Labs are up and ready for a ...walk ?..snack ? Nope, just airing out the study. ~I recently viewed a blog that totally explained an affliction I know I suffer from. MLS ! Yes, I suffer from Multiple Lab Syndrome. And it is actually a very entertaining and pleasant affliction, except for the ever present yellow fur on everything.

I love your dogs. Anna has admitted openly that she owns two black labs now. Well, not to Norrine though.

I love having permanant indoor dogs. Dirt did not allow any of the others to stay inside past their needs, usually whelping. I think Sadie was the closest but even she spent a great deal of time outside. But then I had a house full of hairy girls and didn't need hairy dogs. But I am glad for our little pack now.

I lost my spell checker off my Internet Explorer tool bar, so be kind!

Spelling crisis is over (well except for those homophones and near homophones) I've recovered my missing tool bar (not IE but Google tool bar). Now I can safely comment again. I feel as restful as your dogs.

Morning Kathy, My little pack of pets crowd around me too when I am on the computer. The cats especially are shedding now. I was just reading Suz's blog about her new Dyson vacuum for pet hair
Sounds like a dream, huh??

You have beautiful dogs! Whitney has been perusing all the pictures and wondering if you'll let her touch the dogs too, in addition to a lambie. She also would like to pet the chickens, but I had to remind her that that chickens don't much like to be caught. :-)

Aren't labs great? I can completely relate to you...oh the snoring, grunting, begging for pets (or food that you're munching on), and of course...the gas. But they are wonderful companions. :)

Animals bring such joy to my heart.

Dogs are loyal friends, so patient, always listening and at our sides.

I smiled as I read your post and remembered Tyra sitting behind my desk chair. She is a 6 year old boxer. I must be blocking the sniffs of her nose, the gutteral noises she emits, and sometimes the big snore as she lays down. I definitely hear them now! There she sits, my beautiful friend.

Thank you, Kathy...they really are blessings!

Lanny, your spelling is fine.I love your dogs. They are so cute and I can hold 2 in my lap at the same time.

Mildred, my cats too are all over me and the desk when I am on the computer. My daughter has a Dyson and she loves it.

Amy, thank-you.

Bil n' Meg,My dogs are friendly and love children and I just happen to have teeny tiny curly feathered chickens she and Simeon can hold. They can even gather eggs when they are here.

Wilson Clan, your Lab is related to my Labs, aren't they great?

Kathleen, aren't our furry buddies special? I enjoy reading about yours.

Mary, I think from your picture of Tyra that she is a beauty of a Boxer. Boxers are good dogs, and like Labs, they have a reputation for spreading gaseous fumes quite frequently.
