Congrats James & Laura!

We've been away , and we're so happy we went away to witness the marriage of the son of good friends to his beloved. You might recall a post from December when the engagement was announced* and we knew then the two of them, James & Laura, were madly in love with each other. The wedding and festivities surrounding the wedding only served to show in abundance just how crazy these two are about each other and how much they are loved by both sides of the family. I have a bit more to share about the great time we had , but for now this is the most important. James and Laura love each other deeply, James & Laura love God, James & Laura love their family...and they KNOW how to have fun! "On the day of his wedding, and on the day of his gladness of heart." Song Of Solomon 3:11

What a sweet couple! What a joy to witness the exchanging of their wedding vows.

Kathy, I went to one of your other post that was suggested and there you were for a Valentine's 2009!!!
Congrats to you and your hubby.

Thanx for visiting homehaven.
I always enjoy hearing from you! I've only made (I think) 8 porcelain dolls. I haven't ever sewed their clothes. It's either some doll clothes I have found or bought. I have my childhood dolls and I have other dolls I've bought over the years or have been given to me.

Appreciate your prayers concerning our situation. It's been tense. Parenting Plan turned in to Judge today and Hearing on the 29th.

Kathy, Thank you for the prayers.
We so need them.

The photo spells out fun! One happy couple. Beautiful.

I could not help but notice the bare skinned shoulders. Brrr...I would love to put on shorts and a t-shirt.

Glad you had a grand time, Kathy.

Mildred, you are so right, and they could not keep the happy looks off their faces all day!

Susie,thank-you.

Southern Comfort,it was a joy and a lot of fun, very unique wedding.

Deanna,it is a joy to witness the exchange of vows between couples in love and who love God, isn't it?

yes, I will pray and I DO know what you're going through, and I now realize what way too many families in this country go through on a far too regular basis. This simply does not just affect the couple who divorce, does it? ( poor children )

Amy, ( goatpod 2)They thank you~

Mary, the wedding was in a warm state, fortunately! No rain, no snow, no frost, just warmth, sunshine and happiness.
