Red Puppy Update

~All the red puppies have gone to new homes. Above is little Peppi, below is one of her brothers with his new family. ~
~ Peppi ( below) stole my heart and I was planning on keeping her. My family will tell you loud and clear that we do NOT need another dog here on Cedar Pond, and I think someone was praying for all the puppies to go to new homes.~
~For the remarkable story about Peppi and how she came by her new home , check out my other blog: Red Dog, Spotted Sheep . After these kind people drove off with her and part of my heart, I realized she was definitely going to have a better life than I would have given her, with so many other dogs living here she would have been one of many, but now she is #1 dog in a loving family. Look at her, walking through the woods, playing in puddles, pointing out birds, yes...she points!
~Don't they look like they belong together ? (They have the same color hair too!)~
~Doesn't this puppy look relaxed posing with the whole family?~
~And this picture melts my heart and makes me happy.~

Puppies and little boys - something just magical in that mix. Of course the update on pipsqueak and her new family is truly endearing. I know it would be hard to give up the little ones - but knowing they have good homes makes it only a touch sad and a lot sweet. Thanks for sharing -vicarious puppyship beats no puppies at all!My word verification is odessers - my brother lives in Odessa Texas - coincidink?

What nice puppies, I know about the dog situation, LOL! We have 4 dogs right now which one is my brother's but he's a good companion for our lab mix female since her brother had to be put to sleep in November 2008 though but we have 2 Great Pyrenees, brother and sister and the lab mix and Boston Terrier/Beagle mix, they're all neutered and spayed. We have 23 cats all neutered and spayed as well, all outside/barn.

That last photo is so precious, Kathy. I'm glad all the puppies found good homes.
